Please note - This piece may have sharp edges where the trim is cut. Can be trimmed easily with scissors. Each piece is distressed differently or not distressed at all. It depends what type of metal it is cut from on my end. To distress the metal; pour vinegar in a spray bottle and spray over the piece for a more sporadic distress. If you would like the same consistency of distressing all over, let soak in vinegar 4-24 hours. Rinse with water and dry. Repeat if necessary until it has reached the desired look. You can also scuff the metal with fine grit sandpaper and apply the vinegar treatment as necessary.

Returns must be approved by Pepperberry Market before you ship the item back. Refunds are given on the sale price of the item, less shipping charges.
In the event your items arrive to you damaged, and you purchased insurance, please immediately take pictures of your package and all damaged contents and contact me immediately. You will also be asked to fill out a claim form. Once these two steps are completed I will happily give you a refund or ship new products once the damaged item is shipped back and in my possession. I must be notified within 2 days of delivery and all pictures and claims must be filed with 2 weeks of the delivery date. This is not negotiable, and your insurance claim will be voided if BOTH are not completed in these time frames.
Refunds will be given after the item has been received.
Items approved for refund must be postmarked within 72 hours of being delivered in order for us to accept it as a valid return. If your shipment is not postmarked within 72 hours of originally being delivered to you, it will not be accepted and returned to you as undeliverable.

Please note for all wood pieces, since each piece is hand made, the distressing will be different for each piece. All items are made out of different types of wood. At times there are visible knots, knot holes, visible wood grain and occasional dent and dings and natural splits. This is what truly makes the wood and each item a special one of a kind piece. Each piece will have a different feel and sanding techniques will make the grain of the wood show different effects. Please remember wood is a natural piece and I will sand each piece the best I can.
